1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and nc777 ("nc777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at nc777.org. By registering an account, accessing the nc777 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

nc777 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by nc777, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets), live casino games, slot titles, fishing games, instant-win products, and all promotional offers.

nc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, nc777 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the nc777 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the nc777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's nc777 Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit, as specified per offer) must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age, and source-of-funds verification procedures conducted by nc777 in accordance with its licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which nc777 does not accept registrations or wagers as determined by nc777's licensing conditions and internal compliance policies.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, the premier professional Twenty20 cricket league, used here as a reference to associated betting markets available on nc777.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an nc777 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. nc777 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will verify age during KYC review.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by nc777's licensing terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of nc777 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You have not previously had an nc777 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of this Agreement.
• You are acting in full compliance with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming and sports betting.

By submitting a registration form on nc777, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. nc777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.

4 Account Rules

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nc777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nc777 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify nc777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected security breach. nc777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security or your failure to report unauthorised access promptly.

nc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account for the following reasons, without prior notice where urgency requires:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment details.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive relating to the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by nc777.
• Suspected collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nc777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per calendar month to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

nc777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, and selected cryptocurrency networks. nc777 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via third-party payment intermediaries not listed on the Platform.

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR. nc777 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which nc777 accepts no responsibility.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same nc777 Account, unless nc777's compliance team approves an alternative following a verified KYC review.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. nc777 may request valid CNIC, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Where Bonus Funds are active on an Account, withdrawals of associated winnings are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full.
• nc777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed applicable thresholds.
• nc777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to payment provider processing times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

nc777 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL, ICC tournaments, and other sporting events. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, initial KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per registered Account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless nc777 explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds — after applicable Wagering Requirements are fully satisfied — may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the promotional period.
• nc777 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin betting strategies designed to complete Wagering Requirements with minimal risk.
• nc777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with prior notice where practicable.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on nc777 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that market or game, which are published on the Platform and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

With respect to sports betting on nc777:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. nc777 is not liable for any technical errors that result in manifestly incorrect odds being offered, and reserves the right to void bets placed at such odds.
• nc777 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access, or decline any wager at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes.
• Live in-play betting is subject to network latency. nc777 reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even if the outcome was not yet reflected on the Platform interface.
• In the event of a fixture abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, nc777 will apply the settlement rules published for the relevant sport and market.

With respect to casino games and other gaming products on nc777:

• All nc777 casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by a licensed studio.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, nc777's system will complete the round according to the game logic in place at the point of disconnection. The result recorded in nc777's system is final.
• nc777 accepts no liability for losses arising from the Player's own internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nc777 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement, potentially resulting in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to create an Account in breach of the one-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account or make withdrawals.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any mechanical means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not authorised by nc777.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings — whether intentionally or knowingly.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider information-based wagering.
• Attempting to launder money or use nc777 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward nc777 staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing or using nc777 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the nc777 Platform — including but not limited to the nc777 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game assets, text, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nc777 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nc777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any nc777 content without prior written consent from nc777.
• Use any nc777 trade marks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any nc777 software or game.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to nc777 by Players may be used by nc777 at its discretion without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting Player.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nc777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to nc777 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nc777 expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or damage to software or devices.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
• Any loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment provider outages.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits nc777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by nc777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

nc777 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered members. nc777 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and will not knowingly provide gaming services to individuals below this age threshold.

nc777 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions, after which the Platform will prompt a break or automatically log out the Account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from nc777, which results in irreversible closure of the Account. nc777 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen notifications that display elapsed session time and net win/loss during the session.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

nc777 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms part of the binding contract between nc777 and each registered Player.

By registering an Account on nc777, you consent to nc777 collecting and processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and ongoing KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Delivering customer support and responding to Player enquiries.
• Communicating promotional offers, subject to your marketing preferences.
• Fulfilling nc777's legal obligations under applicable licensing, anti-money laundering, and data protection frameworks.

nc777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed gaming providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by nc777's licensing obligations or applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

nc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where nc777 makes material changes that adversely affect Players' rights, nc777 will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice of the changes by email to registered Players' recorded email addresses and/or by prominent notice on the nc777 Platform.

Your continued use of the nc777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact nc777 support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the change.

nc777 maintains an archived record of previous versions of these Terms & Conditions. Players may request a copy of a previous version by contacting nc777 customer support via the live chat function on the Platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nc777 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and nc777, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player should first contact nc777 customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. nc777 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by nc777's licensing authority.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Where no resolution is reached through the above steps, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration institution as specified by nc777's licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Notwithstanding the above, nc777 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
